First, to position the leveler, simply push the lower foot pedal down onto a stable surface. The leg will extend in increments of 3/16" up to 10", accompanied by the reassuring click of the stainless steel ratchet with each step.

Next, once the inner leg has been extended to a firm footing, you can enhance safety by deploying the "Pop-out" side stabilizer arms. These arms can reach approximately 15" to each side of the ladder, significantly widening the stance.

With both stabilizer arms fully extended, the Supreme Extender's stance becomes nearly 3 times the width of the ladder itself. This added stability greatly improves side-to-side resistance, ensuring superior safety when climbing and working at elevated positions.

In fact, the Supreme Extender, with both leveler legs and stabilizer arms fully extended, can be used effectively on slopes up to 25 degrees, providing unparalleled stability on uneven terrain.

When the job is done, it's time to stow the Supreme Extender. Simply press the release lever down with your toe to retract the support arm, then snap and secure the extender arm back onto the spring-loaded locking mechanism.

Next, depress the Leveler Leg safety mechanism to retract the legs, and finally, lift the leveler's foot pedal with your toe to allow it to retract back into the starting position. It's that easy!
